Directions
For great tasting fish or shrimp tacos. 1 Packet Ortega Fish Taco Seasoning Mix (1 oz). 1/4 cup of water. 2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided. 2 lbs firm white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, halibut), cut into 1-inch strips, or large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 8-12 Ortega Yellow Corn Taco Shells. Combine Ortega Fish Taco Seasoning Mix with water and 1 tbsp oil. Pour over fish or shrimp and marinate for 5 minutes. Heat remaining 1 tbsp oil in 12-inch skillet and add fish or shrimp with marinade. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Serve in warm Ortega Taco Shells with a squeeze or fresh lime juice and your favorite taco toppings.
