How to Prepare: 2 large eggs; 3/4 cup cold water; mixing bowl and mixer. Makes about 6 servings. Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Bake Time: 50-55 minutes. Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake: Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan and continue to cool on rack.
Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting (If cream is used, this cake is not pareve) (Optional): Beat 1/2 cup cold heavy cream with 1 tablespoon cocoa in a chilled bowl until it holds shape and sweeten to taste. Spread on completely cooled cake.
