Directions
Cooking instructions:
Oven: Preheat oven at 430°F. Place the aluminium tray in the oven and heat for 10 minutes until butter starts bubbling. Serve hot with bread or toast. Use small forks or toothpicks to take out of the shell.
Barbecue: Remove plastic wrap and turn the escargots butter side up. Place the aluminium tray on the grill for 4-5 minutes. Serve as soon as the butter starts bubbling.
Store in freezer below 0°F (-18°C).
Keep Frozen until ready to use.
1. Hold the shell with one hand. With your other hand, place the toothpick and gently pin the meat without pushing it inside.
2. Gently lift the pin to extract the meat with a pulling motion. Serve with fresh bread to dip in the garlic sauce.
