Vital Wheat Gluten, Whole Grain Oat Flour, Oat Bran, Oat Fiber, Flaxseed Meal, Whole Rye Flour, Wheat Bran, Whole Soy Flour, Active Dry Yeast, Cane Sugar, Sea Salt.
Directions
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Baking Instructions by Hand for Conventional Ovens (Package Makes 1 Loaf): 1 package Bob's Red Mill Low-Carb Bread Mix; 3/4 cup water; 3/4 cup whipping cream; 2 tbsp canola oil; 1 egg (slightly beaten); 1 yeast packet (included in package). In mixing bowl, add warm water (90 degrees F), yeast and 1 tsp of the bread mix. Let stand for 10 minutes. Warm cream to 90 degrees F and add to the yeast mixture. Then add oil, slightly beaten egg and bread mix. Combine and then knead mixture for 6-8 minutes. Place in a well-greased bowl and then turn over to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees F) until dough doubles in size, approx 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Punch down and form into loaf, fold ends under. Place in greased loaf pan and spray top with vegetable oil spray. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
