If relaxer causes skin or scalp irritation, rinse out immediately and wash with a neutralizing shampoo. If irritation persists or hair loss occurs consult a physician. Keep away from eyes. Can cause blindness. If relaxer gets into eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water and consult a physician. Serious injury can result if relaxer and/or activator is ingested. If ingested contact a physician immediately. Hair burns, always keep hair away from sparks, open flames and excessive heat. Must be applied by an adult. Keep out of reach of children. Recommended for children 5 years and up.
