Cooking Instructions: Packet + chicken/meat or seafood + yoghurt = tandoori. A pack of Patel's Tandoori Cooking Sauce. 1-1/2 lbs of skinless chicken/meat/seafood. 1/3 cup yoghurt. 1. In a bowl, blend yoghurt and Patel's Tandoori Cooking Sauce. Make several deep cuts in the meat of your choice. Pour the marinade over the meat and rub it into the flesh. Marinate for 2 hrs (or overnight) in a refrigerator. 2. Broil or barbeque evenly on each side until cooked. Serve hot with a squeeze of lime, onion slices and Swad Mint Chutney. Why not try adding some to pizzas as a topping? It's sure to be love at first bite! Keep in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight at room temperature.
