Our Filled Bone manufacturing process is a unique blend of state-of-the-art technology and handcrafted quality. First, the all-natural beef femur bones are bathed in industrial steel vats, allowing the bones to naturally clean themselves. Then, they’re oven-roasted for maximum safety. Finally, we hand-fill every bone through a proprietary process, allowing our original Filled Bones to stay semi-moist and perfectly placed, adhering to bone walls instead of carpets.

Discard any pieces that could be swallowed by your pet as pieces could cause choking, gastric upset, or blockage. Remove the natural bone if your pet is trying to break it, as this could cause damage to your pet’s teeth. Recommended natural bone size is slightly larger than your pet’s mouth. Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
