Directions
For maximum relief, rub ointment on 3 places: chest, throat, and back, as directed on the carton. See further directions on carton. Use only as directed. For children under 2 years, consult a physician. Do not heat. Never expose VapoRub to flame, microwave, or place in any container in which you are heating water. Such improper use may cause the mixture to splatter and result in burns.

If you have chronic lung disease or shortness of breath, do not use this product, unless directed by a physician. If a rash or excess irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply external heat such as an electric heating pad as it may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not bandage and do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. To avoid possibility of fire, never place VapoRub in boiling water or expose to an open flame. - Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
