Preparations Instructions: Conventional Oven: 1. Season bread crumbs as desired with herbs, spices or finely grated cheese beforehand. 2. Rinse fish, pork, chicken or vegetable piece under water and gently shake off excess. 3. Carefully dip piece into flour. Next, dip piece into lightly beaten egg, milk, yogurt, salad dressing or a combination. Finally, dip piece into breadcrumbs. Repeat if thicker breading is desired. 4. Shallow fry for several minutes on each side until cooked through. Or bake on tray at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until cooked through.

Uses: Bread fish, meat, chicken or vegetables. Hold together meatballs, meatloaf and crab cakes. Thicken a soup. Bake on top of pastas dish or sprinkle before serving.
