Unscrew red cap. Pull plastic spout up. Pull plastic lever to break seal. Reseal with red cap. To preserve the fine quality of traditionally brewed Kikkoman Soy Sauce, always keep this container tightly sealed and refrigerated. Or, transfer the soy sauce to smaller clean bottles or jars, cover tightly and store in a cool place.
