Add 4 to 6 cups of water to meat and cook in a covered pot on low flame for approx. 3 hours, until meat is tender. (Method Note: Pressure cooker, will reduce cooking time to less than half & no need to add water). 4. Add the remaining marinade and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
