Manual Mixing Instructions: To prepare a 300 mL Serving: Add one packet to 255 mL of warm water in a 500 mL or larger container. Cover and shake for 20 seconds. Any remaining undissolved particles will dissolve after standing 5-10 minutes. Note: For larger quantities, container should be no more than 3/4 full after packets are added to water, and more time may be required to shake product into solution. Blender Mixing Instructions: To prepare a 300 ml Serving: Pour 255 mL of warm water into blender and add one packet. Blend at high speed for 30-60 seconds or until powder is dissolved
Oral Feeding: Serve chilled over ice.
Storage: Once mixed, Tolerex Elemental Diet may be left at room temperature for up to 4 hours or refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Store unopened powder in a cool, dry place. Tube Feeding: Administer at room temperature.
