How To Prepare: Ingredients Needed: 1 pouch baking mix. 1 whole egg. 4 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (Net carbohydrates amount 7g total carbs-4g dietary fiber-2g allulose (Allulose is a sweetener that has no impact on blood glucose) = 1g net carb per serving). Optional. Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2) Melt butter and beat eggs. Combine both in mixing bowl with dry mix. Vanilla extract optional. 3) Using a rubber spatula or large spoon, mix until well blended and smooth. 4) Scoop or roll 12 cookies onto parchment-lined baking pan. Slightly press down to flatten. 5) Bake at 325 degrees for 14 min. 6) Cool completely in the pan before serving to avoid breakage.
Storage: Keep any leftovers well wrapped in the refrigerator for up to one week or one month in the freezer.
