Adjust your water usage to achieve your preferred sweetness level. If possible, always add loaded protein into a shaker already filled with water to ensure complete solubility. Glass and Spoon Preparation: Loaded protein is completely instantized so you can easily mix a protein shake with as little as glass and spoon if you’re in a pinch. Add your desired amount of protein to a glass with 6-8 ounces of water or milk per loaded protein serving and stir gently with a spoon. If you prefer your shake to be on the sweeter side, slightly reduce the amount of water used per loaded protein serving. Conversely, if you'd like a less bold taste consider adding more water at your next usage. Blender Preparation Instructions: Add water and/or milk, a handful of ice cubes, your desired ingredients and your preferred servings of Loaded protein into a lender. After closing the lid, blend for 20-30 seconds or until you reach your target consistency. Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
