Made of rich fermented beans and chilies, this Korean-inspired vegan & gluten-free chili paste can be used in traditional Korean dishes like bibimbap (Korean rice bowl dish) and (lettuce wrap), or to put an Asian spin on your favorite recipes. Punchy and umami, Mekhala's stone ground Organic Korean Chilli paste is incredibly easy to use, and makes cooking Asian-inspired meals simple and quick.
Each jar contains concentrated paste made with wholesome ingredients sourced from small organic farms in northern Thailand. 8 to 10 servings per jar.
Easy Korean Stir Fry Recipe:
Stir fry 2 heaped tsp paste with 1.5lb beef strips, tofu and/or vegetables. Serve in lettuce cups and rice. Or use as a marinade, in a braise, or as an Asian hot sauce! Great with vegetables, pork, beef, and more.
