Eggplant, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Whey, Sugar, Salt, Soybean Oil [as a Processing Aid], Yeast, Spice, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dehydrated Parsley, Paprika), Soy Oil, Egg, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour).
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by use of a food thermometer. Oven: One: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove desired number of cutlets from the bag. Two: Place cutlets on a cookie sheet and place sheet on center rack of oven (6-8 inches from heating element). Bake for 8-10 minutes. Three: Carefully remove tray from oven, let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Skillet: One: Heat a teaspoon of olive oil over medium heat. Two: Add frozen cutlets and cook 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side. Three: Carefully remove and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Keep frozen & cook thoroughly.
