Palak Paneer entire pack + Spinach & Cottage Cheese Cury: boiled spinach puree: 300 g (1-1/4 cup [1 cup = 240 ml]); cottage cheese/tofu: 150 g; tomatoes: 150 g (3 medium size); milk: 200 ml (3/4 cup [1 cup = 240 ml]). Qty. of fresh ingredients may be altered to suit your taste preference = 5 servings. 5 portion. Method of Preparation. Mix the entire pack of spice mix with milk to make a paste. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan and temper with cumin seeds. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 3 - 4 mins on a medium flame. Add spice mix paste and cook till oil separates.
