Details
General purpose Threadlocker. Prevents loosening. Protects threads. Meets OEM specs. All-purpose Medium Strength Threadlocker for fasteners 1/4 inches to 3/4 inches (6 mm to 20 mm) in size. Locks and seals while preventing parts from loosening due to vibration or shock. Protects threads from corrosion. Medium strength for easy disassembly with normal hand tools.

Directions: 1. Parts should be clean and oil free. 2. Shake bottle before use. 3. Remove cap and snip nozzle tip. 4. Apply Threadlocker to the engagement area of the bolt, screw or nut; covering 5 to 6 threads. Avoid direct contact of nozzle tip to metal surface. 5. Assemble parts and tighten to specified torque. Fixture time within 20 minutes, full cure in 24 hours. Refer to technical data sheet for complete information. Not for use on plastic parts. Permatex Threadlockers: Formula: Medium Strength. P/N: 24200, 24240, 24250, 24225. Colour: Blue. Fasterner Size: 1/4 inches to 3/4 inches (6 to 20 mm). Break/Prevail (Torque in inch-pound): 115/50. Max. Temp: 150 degrees C (300 degrees F). Parmatex Threadlockers fixture in approximately 20 minutes and are fully cured within 24 hours. Parmatex Surface Prep activator reduces fixture time to 5 minutes. Preceding values are for 3/8 inches-16 steel nuts and bolts at 72 degrees F (22 degrees C).
Temperature range: -54 degrees to 150 degrees C (-65 degrees F to 300 degrees F).

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.
