A rich and creamy mixture of black tea and exotic spices. David Rio - San Francisco. Prepared for David Rio. davidrio.com. Gluten free. No hydrogenated oils. No trans fats. David Rio Tiger Spice Chai is an exotic mixture of black tea, spices, and honey. The sweet and savory spices are the perfect compliment to the full, rich flavor of the tea. In countries around the world the sweet and savory spice components may differ slightly, but there are some essentials. Traditionally, chai is a steeped mixture of cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, black teas, and milk. A sweetener is also added to bring out the robust flavors of the spices. About David Rio: As part of our corporate philosophy, David Rio supports animal protection organizations including Cat Tales Zoological Park and The Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA. In 1999, to commemorate Tiger Spice Chai, we adopted a Bengal tiger, named Thor. We encourage everyone to make a difference in the life of an animal by supporting animal welfare groups by either adopting from or volunteering at your local Humane Society or SPCA. America's premier chai. Product of USA.
