Decaf green tea with ginseng. Panax ginsengs & Chinese herbs. With eleuthero, jiaogulan & astragalus. Beneficial everyday tea - anytime of day. Delicious hot or iced. Herbs and decaffeinated green tea. Ancient Chinese herbs & teas. www.tripleleaf-tea.com. Triple Leaf Tea's Ancient Chinese Herbs & Teas: Traditional Chinese use of herbs and teas dates back thousands of years. Recently, here in the West, people have discovered the value of this ancient practice. Tea drinkers are able to enjoy a wider variety of Chinese herbs and teas that rarely were used in the West until recent times. Different parts of plants are used, including the leaves, stems, roots, barks, seeds and flowers. Herbs are often blended together, and prepared and consumed as teas. The Chinese tradition of using herbs and teas has been passed on from generation to generation over the centuries. Triple Leaf Tea comes from such a tradition. It is made in the USA by a Chinese American family-owned business. The company owner can remember stories of his own grandfather selling herbs and teas in his village in China. Today, these traditional Chinese herbs and teas are available to you. We wish you harmony, balance and well-being. Decaffeinated Green Tea with Ginseng: Now you can enjoy the benefits of green tea, ginseng and Chinese herbs without all of the caffeine! Our green tea is decaffeinated using a carbon dioxide effervescent process to produce a decaffeinated green tea with a smooth and mild flavor. Carbon dioxide occurs naturally in air. It gives carbonated mineral waters their fizz. The synergistic blend of Chinese herbs in this formula have a long history of use. Both American and Asian ginseng contain ginsenosides. Eleuthero (commonly called Siberian ginseng) contains eleutherosides, and jiaogulan (called Southern ginseng) contains gypenosides, both similar in properties to ginsenosides. They were considered to lift the spirits (chi) by Chinese herbalists. Astragalus, chrysanthemum, dandelion, mulberry, Chinese mint and licorice root were used to support the other herbs in this formula. Enjoy this tea hot or iced. We use oxygen bleached tea bags. Our boxes are made from recycled paperboard and biodegradable inks. Please recycle. Satisfaction guaranteed by refund or exchange. See inside flap for brewing directions. Blended and packed in California, USA.
